Build systems.Automate work. Lead change.
Engenso combines engineering and automation with security leadership, governance, and operational transformation. Work directly with Emil Chukalov to solve a defined problem or carry a broader initiative from strategy through implementation.
What we deliver
Scope, deliverables, and how success is agreed.
01 — Service area
Engineering & architecture
Design, build, and modernize systems—from cloud infrastructure and application security to development workflows and operational controls.
Translate business and security requirements into architecture and working systems. Review designs, improve infrastructure, build security into development and delivery, and validate how the result behaves in operation.
Possible deliverables
- Architecture designs, technical assessments, and implementation plans
- Working infrastructure, secure development workflows, and tested controls
- Runbooks, validation evidence, and knowledge transfer
How we agree success
Agree functional requirements, security boundaries, reliability expectations, and the conditions for operational handover.
02 — Service area
Automation & integration
Replace repetitive manual work with dependable automation. Connect tools, data, and workflows so teams can spend more time on work that needs their judgment.
Build scripts, API integrations, data pipelines, and workflow automation across enterprise platforms. Automate reporting, evidence gathering, and operational checks. Evaluate AI-assisted workflows where they fit, with appropriate review and data boundaries.
Possible deliverables
- An automation backlog based on effort, value, and failure risk
- Working integrations and workflows with validation and exception handling
- Monitoring, recovery procedures, and clear operating ownership
How we agree success
Measure manual effort and processing time before and after, alongside accuracy, failure visibility, and the effort needed to maintain the automation.
03 — Service area
Transformation & operational efficiency
Improve how people, processes, and technology work together. Modernize fragmented operations, reduce avoidable effort, and put existing investment to better use.
Assess bottlenecks, overlapping tools, unclear ownership, and costly handoffs. Redesign workflows and operating models, evaluate platform consolidation, and lead a sequenced transition with the teams who will run it.
Possible deliverables
- A current-state assessment and prioritized transformation roadmap
- Redesigned processes, team responsibilities, and technology recommendations
- An implementation and adoption plan with measurable operating improvements
How we agree success
Set a baseline for cost, cycle time, service quality, and team capacity. Agree the improvements that matter and track adoption as well as delivery.
04 — Service area
Security strategy & leadership
Set direction, prioritize investment, and develop the organization to deliver it. Add senior leadership for a program, a transition, or ongoing executive decisions.
Provide ongoing advisory or interim leadership across strategy, governance, investment, and executive reporting. Assess technology and service portfolios, guide vendor selection, and establish performance and lifecycle expectations. Work with leaders and engineers to turn priorities into owned work.
Possible deliverables
- A security roadmap tied to business priorities and capacity
- Decision forums, reporting cadence, and escalation paths
- Team coaching and a practical leadership handover
How we agree success
Define decision authority, availability, responsibilities, and the evidence leadership needs to judge progress.
05 — Service area
Governance, risk & compliance
Make requirements workable, risks visible, and accountability clear. Prepare for audits and address gaps with evidence of how controls operate.
Assess risk and control gaps, develop policies and standards, and lead audit or regulatory remediation. Support SOC 2 readiness through gap assessment, control improvements, and evidence preparation. Build ongoing ownership and monitoring into the work so improvements extend beyond the immediate finding.
Possible deliverables
- Risk and control assessments with supporting evidence
- Policies, control mappings, accountable owners, and exception processes
- An audit-readiness or remediation plan with progress and effectiveness measures
How we agree success
Agree the applicable requirements, evidence needed, remediation priorities, and how control effectiveness will be assessed.
Engagement
Ways to work together
Start with a focused assessment, commission an engineering or automation project, or bring in ongoing advisory or interim leadership. For a larger transformation, work can be phased from assessment and design through implementation and adoption.
Before delivery, we agree scope, responsibilities, access, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. Progress reviews make decisions, dependencies, and remaining risks visible. Handover includes the context and documentation needed to carry the work forward.
Learn who you will work withBring the challenge, even if the scope is still taking shape.
Describe the decision, constraints, and who needs to be involved. That is enough to start.
